Verifying Photographs of Russian-led Attacks in Conflict-Zone Zaporizhzhia's Territory
Recent overhead photographs seem to provide the strongest indication yet that armed movements are proceeding in the zone.
Pictures recorded on the start of the week revealed a substantial armed concentration in the north part of the locality, near a central landmark.
The aerial shot, taken just after 8:30 in the morning local time, shows around several dozen combat units stationed among the remains of many structures destroyed in recent time. Fumes could also be observed emanating from a structure and a road nearby.
A convoy of several units could also be seen to the lower area of the city on a major route adjacent to a tactical route, where there was a sizable group of army equipment located in assembly sites bordered by embankments—temporary defenses constructed of earth or earth.
These transports were not present at this spot in other recent aerial images, however it should be mentioned that while this photo was captured in the morning, prior images were taken in the mid daytime.
The photos also revealed a heavy column of traffic running 2 miles out of the city along a waterfront road. Residents have been leaving along this path for a period now, attempting to escape the continuing conflict.
